We offer various property management services for all situations, from a full rental and management service, to a simple key holding service. Along with this we offer full supplementary services including cleaning, meet & greet, airport transfers and even shopping trips.
Property Management Services
Our property management service in Hurghada is based on a basic management package shown. On top of this you can order the additional services you require as and when you need them. For example, if you have an apartment that you visit twice per year, we will take care of your apartment for the whole year as part of the service. Should you then require additional cleaning, maintenance or other services, these are added on top.
If you do not need any management services (for example if you are keeping the property empty, or you are managing it yourself but want a copy of the keys held locally) then you can opt for a key-holding only service.

Property Repairs/Maintenance
On call outs or finding a fault we will initiate the repair immediately. We charge the following callout rates:
